HI-MACS is produced through normal process, and sent out through
strict quality control.
HI-MACS is being exported all over the world such as U.S.A, Japan,
Hong-Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Egypt, Israel, Australia
and so forth.
If you should experience problem with your HI-MACS, please contact your
local Distributor/Dealers from which you made your purchase. If you are
still unable to resolve the problem, please call any of the local office
of LG Chemical Ltd.
LG Chem expressly warrants to the purchaser of HI-MACS solid surface
product and will repair or replace such product which is transported,
stored, handled, fabricated and installed in the manner recommended in
the Fabrication and Installation Guide Book.
LG Chem is not responsible for damages caused by; Failure to follow
recommended procedures for transportation, storage, handling,
fabrication or installation.
Physical abuse, damage from excessive heat not due to manufacturing
defect in the product(s).
Failure of any adhesive, calk or other accessory or failure of filled
joint(s) or seam(s) and installation.
This warranty is not transferable or assignable and any purchaser of
HI-MACS soild surface product intend to assert a claim under this
warranty, please write to LG Chem Head Office, Twin Towers, 20 Yoido-dong
Youngdungpo-gu, Seoul 150-721, Korea. Please include the phrase HI-MACS
solid surface product , 15-year Limited Warranty*, your name, address
and a description of the problem. A response will be provided within 30
days.
LG Chemical obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement
of product(s) installed hereunder, including reasonable and necessary
labor changes. LG Chem is not responsible for loss and damage caused by
use carelessness and the consequential effect due to such manufacturing
defect, if any. |
